I’m a global sales and business leader with over 15 years of experience in consultative sales, solution design, and strategic growth—primarily within the travel technology and SaaS sectors. I’ve led high-impact teams, expanded into new markets, and consistently driven revenue growth across start-up, scale-up, and transformation-stage businesses.

What truly drives me is the intersection of technology and business. I’m passionate about leveraging cutting-edge innovations—especially Artificial Intelligence and automation—to solve real-world challenges, optimize operations, and create scalable value for clients. I don’t sell. I provide consultation to my clients after understanding their existing business, processes and expectations. I prefer saying 'NO' over delivering a useless solution to my client.

Business Management- AI

Managing a business is a craft I continuously refine. I focus on understanding my client's current processes, future goals, and any limitations they may have. With this insight—and leveraging my expertise in Artificial Intelligence—I optimize operations without compromising business objectives.

Team Management

I lead by setting examples. "First try it yourself, if you get struck I'm there for you'- I often say this to my team members. For me team motivation, enhancement and assistance always comes on priority. A motivated team always exceeds the expectations.

Listening

For a successfull solution, one has to listen first to the customer, understand his business and expectations. This is what I always do in my client interactions. Listen, understand and then suggest.

Communication Skills

I may not have excellent communication skills but they are good enough to keep the discussion and understanding on the right track and not lead to unexcepted results.

Adaptive Approach

I learn from experiences of other people and my own. Accordingly, I adapt my approach towards solution and strategy design.

Strategy & Solution Design

Well thought off, well informed approach in designing of strategy and solution are among the important incredients for a successful business and processes. I prefer to give more time at this stage as compared to other stages of system implementation.

Analytical

I ask many questions before working on a solution. I must have the answer to- What is needed ? Why it is needed? By When it is needed? Who will be benefited? This helps me to have a 360 degree view of what solution is needed?

Branding & Marketing

Online and offline activities, I plan during strategy and solution design but execute it at the testing stage. I make sure that branding activities add up to the marketing activities which in turn leads to increased revenues.
